Everyone s here feedbacks make sense . But I just wanted to make sure if my flint river field black powder meaure 110 then dump to scale it was actual 85.7 grains weigh/volume . It seems way too far diffrence comparsion between volume/ weigh... isnt it normal ? I should buy other better similiar one than flint river brass ?

WiseWood.. what kind of powder were you putting on the scale? Could this maybe been Triple Se7en powder? I have a Flint River brass powder measure around here, I could play..

Triple Se7en fff - volume measure set at 110 grains

Readings: 76.4, 78.6, 76.2, 77.2 = 308.4 divided by 4 = 77.1

are you a powder measure tapper?

That is a good example of why you know what your doing and use care. Think is someone thought they had to shoot a 150 grains of Triple Se7en by WEIGHT of powder... at least we got that mystery solved..
