load for 50 cal knight disk rifle
i just finished up my second year hunting w/ a knight disk rifle.
i had a knight mk85 for 8 years before switching to the disk rifle.
i was told to use 150 grains of p pellets. keep in mind most of my shots are under 100 yards. i use powerbelt 295 grian hollow pts. my question is can i shoot 100 grains(2 pellets) and get same accuracy? i really didnt have time to experiment this past year b/c i bowhunt a lot. what do other 50 cal disk users use? i took 3 deer this year w/ this setup and it seemed all my shots hit the deer high. i had it zeroed in at 3 inches high at 75 yards. all shots were under 50 yards.
