My Apex loves 2x50gr. T7 pellets witha 250gr. T/C Shockwave. Just keeps hittin' the bullseye. I'd like to try some other loads.. but if it ain't broke... don't fix it!!

I sighted mine in and used 240 grain TC XTP Mag sabots, 100 grains Pyrodex, and Winchester primers and it shoots great. Make sure you keep the bore clean though. It doesn't do well with a dirty barrel. Please do keep us posted when you shoot it. I'm interested to hear your experience with it.

Thanks for the advice guys. I do have hogs in the same woods so a bullet that fragments on tough bone hits may not be the best choice.
Correct on hogs, you need strong bullet that holds together and penetrates deep--Nosler Partition, Hornady XTP, Barnes Expander, Speer Gold Dot yata yata no PB no PRB no HOLLOW POINT.
