Used the red and just on the screws . It dose work the scope has stayed zeroed for 2 1/2 years . charlie

Be careful with red loc-tite you will never get it apart Red is made for large bolts and requires a lot of heat to soften. Blue is plenty and the lightest is purple and that would also.
