Default Shipping a ML to NJ...

What's involved in a private transaction shipping an ML to New Jersey? Does it have to go through a FFL?

Flatland Hunter,
I live in NJ and by the law your supposed to send to an FFL and then the person ypur shipping to would have to show his NJ Firearm ID to the FFL to complete the paper work. Hope this helps.
