I'm helping a friend out. He was cleaning4 ofhis CVA in-line muzzys and can't remember which breech plug goes to which one. The one below he can't figure if it shoot 209 primer, #11 percussion caps or musket caps. I don't know this answer either, I'm a novice at muzzleloading. So any of you more experience muzzlers that owns CVA, we could use a little help here.

From left to right, which one shoots #11 cap and which one shoots 209? We know the farright one shoots 209.

Your picture did not post but, If the nipple is a Musket or #11 nipple it will have a post on it to seat the cap. If it is a 209 nipple the primer will insert inside.


The first breech plug is for installation of a #11 or a Musket Nipple

2nd & 3rd are 209 breech plug.
