Thanks for the info - I value your experiance.

I really like this lift when shooting froma bench andI am thinking it will be of value when hunting and you need to make the quick shot. With the lift I can put the gun up now!and be on the scope even at 9 power - prior to the lift i would jump on the gun then have to raise mycheek a bit to get square on the scope.

Do they stick with a glue type adheasive or are they just tacky and removable?

It's one of those peel and stick deals. Pretty permanent. Workswell in warm weather on a completely degreased surface.Brownell's alsocarriesa taller one that tapers from front to rear called a "Scope Eze" - sort of an add-on monte carlo cheek piece.
