Shotgun rifle conversion?
Hi guys, first post here, I'm usually over at the bowhunting site but I do hunt with a ML also. Right now I have A CVA Grey Wolf .50 percussion. I really like this gun but I want something more. Does anyone make a percussion sidelock with interchangable barrels from 12 Ga. to .50 cal? If I can't find one I think I'm gonna try to find a 12 ga. double. Any help finding something like this would be appreciated.

RE: Shotgun rifle conversion?
Look for a Thompson Center New Englander. I believe they could be obtained with a 12 gauge barrel and a .50 & .54 caliber barrel. The rifle part were 1-48 twist. A very dependable and sturdy rifle that shoots excellent. It has been a long time since I looked at the New Englander.
They had a composite stock on them for the most part.

I know that Smokeless Muzzloading Inc. makes a replacement barrel for H&R break open shotguns and New England Firearms shotguns. They also do custom work. These are smokeless powder barrels and they come with a 1 in 36 inch twist.

In addition, there is a "12 bore" (.72 cal.) Express Rifle version of this gun, if you want to shoot dangerous game with a double-barreled ML rifle.......

I love the looks of the old 1800 -1900 Rabbit ear double barrel muzzleloading shot gun.
Does any company make the Double Barrel "Rabbit Ear" Shot gun anymore or conversion kits to change a modern shot gun into the look of a rabbit ear shotgun?
Is there any way to convert a Cabela's Black-Powder Double-Barrel Shotgun or a modern 12 or 20 guage shot gun with the looks of the rabbit ear and the gun stock
