Anyone know where I can get one of these to blow out a load in my rifle?

Almost any major on line store sells them such as; Cabela's, Bass Pro, Mid South Shooters Supply, Midway USA, and Natchez.

Why not just buy a Ball/Bullet/Wad Puller? They run about $4.

i just use an air compressor to blow mine out. plus they are very handy to have in the garage. smaller ones start for about 6o bucks from harbor-freight.
