Still havn't fired the Remington since I polished the fireing pin and the insides of the bolt so don't know if that helped. Did get new nipples too but since time is short I have been taking the T/C Hawkins out which has been the most reliable ML since 1976 when I started.
A couple of questions about the 209 Conversion from Cabels. Says the kit comes with a depriming tool, Is the spent primer diffecult to remove? Also see they have replacement nipples, Do they go bad often if only fireing with a primer in place?
A question about the bolt spring replacement from Remington. Is it just sent like the side lock spring from T/C?
Thanks every one for all the advice.

If you order a replacement spring from Remington it will be just a loose spring in an envelope.
Depriming tool - there are occasions that you might need the depriming tool, but it is really easy to do. Actully, often when you buy a 209 priming tool, so you do not have to use your fingers which in a Remington there is enought room, the priming tool will have a de-priming built into it. I use a very simple brass tool and the leading edge works great for de-priming also.
I did purchase a 'spare' nipple just to have. The Cabelas nipples are stainless and very well built. About the only thing I can see that might go bad over time is the small wire spring that holds the primer in place.
Factory Springs are 24#
Spring: this is a 28# spring from Brownells - they are made

My Rem700ML is still #11 percussion. But the nipple has at least 1000 rounds through it if it has one.
I have heard the Cabela's 209 conversion is very good.
I have also heard that Wolf springs are it for Rem700. I am on my second factory main spring that I changed about150 shots agowith one spare still in reserve.
De-priming tools (basically a fork to grab the lip of the 209 primer) are really handy to have. Sometimes the primer can "stick" in the carrier or breech plugand make it a pain to get them out unlesswith a de-priming tool/fork.

The Season is over here Sunday the 18th. I'll go home in the evening get Christmas out of the way.I'll then decide just which way I'm going to jump, like in new spring or the conversion. I really like the idea of going both ways to be honest. Never know when a chance will arise to hunt in an area where 209 primers in ML's are not allowed.
Again thank you all with the advice and links. Nice to know there are people around who try to make problems go away.
