What do you mostly hunt with big game with, I perfer a bow hands down. I did rifle hunt last year and was successful, but I am wanting to go elk bowhunting so bad because I missed last year. You would think that because I was successful with the rifle that I wouldn't have the ich, but I never got that huge rush like I do when I am archery hunting. And I think thats what I am missing. If someone asked me if I had to choose a single weapon for life the choice would be easy, I would choose a bow and arrow. If someone asked you to choose for life your weapon, what would it be?

I have been Rifle for most of my hunting life,bought a new mathews in Febuary,and have been shooting up a storm.I'm getting realy pumped for archery season.

I would have to say either my trusty .300 win mag (big game) or my 12 guage shot gun (for birds).

I love my muzzleloader, but I also really like my .270 and my .300, they just are great guns.

Don't get me wrong I love to bow hunt. If I want meat in the freezer I grab a rifle.

My bow is my weapon of choice.
My rifle is my weapon of reality.
