I am headed up there in a few months for a bear hunt. I was told to expect to see bear in the 150# 200# range. A huge bear would be awesome.

think the guy who shot that was a vet and it was his first bear ever, and the first he saw on the hunt. pretty cool story. i have a bear hunt booked for September as well. i cant wait!

I have been involved with dragging two bear out of the woods. One was around 150lbs and the other 400lbs. Let me tell ya, dragging out a 700lb bear would be a nightmare.
Oh, I would find a way, but it would suck the whole time.
