Default Gator Hunting

I really don't know if I should post this in here or the bowfishing forum but I am looking into doing a gator hunt this fall. Was wondering if anybody had some stories to share. I can honestly say a gator has never really been on my "to do list". Any info would be aprreciated.

I remember a post...I think it was on this forum a while back. It was about gator hunting, if you run a search it might show up. Should be an awesome hunt tho. I hope to do it someday!

Here you can find a shot placement gallery, maybe it's gonna help you to kill quickly your gator !
Good luck

I tried to book a hunt once.. I was in LA for training with work. Season was in but something to do with the recent flooding they had and cold temps. Guide was honest and said it wasn't all that great and that he'd prefer me wait till the following year.. Well I don't have time to go back but I hope to some day.
many ways to do it, rifle, pistol, bow, roping etc.. Let us know if you get ya one...
