Did anyone kill any big mule deer this year in Colorado? We took a group of 10 guys and 5 of us killed bucks with spreads over 20 inches.

Did you notice any population affects from winterkills?

I took a nice 4x4 with 24 inch spread.

I did not see any decline in the number in the area we hunted.

Our Mulies were hit bad with Blue tongue, so i took my 1st muley....not huge but I forgot my knife so I carried him out whole...lol

We hunted this area back in 2005 and we seen a lot more deer that time then we did this time. Last time we seen about 500 deer in a week we were lucky if we seen a total of 100 deer. My deer I shot was 22 inches wide 4x4.
