Howdy all and is it October yet? LOL. soon but not soon enough, it seems every year I start getting ready for the Elk hunta bit sooner. and this year is no different I have been shooting and hiking to prepare for the riggers of the hunt and those kid packs are a great way to strengthen the legs and back. Just put one of your kids or grand childin and go for a hike providing you have youngsters around still. It is a great way to get out and do things with them and plus you get in great shape.Oh just watch those low limbs LOL. Im the same way when it comes to black bears. Im sure once I get out that way to finally hunt one I will be an elk addict to.
