RE: DIY Cow elk Hunt
I've got a line on a great cow elk hunt in UT. It's a CWMU property. I go there every year for the last five and always tag out. It's tough hunt, usually have to back pack 'em out. The manager of the property still has three tags left....I've got the other 4 wrapped up for my crew. email me

Can't give you too many specifics, but it seems like the Meeker, Colorado area is popular on this forum, and so is unit 75, not sure if they're the same thing, and don't know much about them. Just heard those names alot on these forums.
I would suggest starting a new thread saying "Where to hunt OTC cow in Colorado?" , or something like that, that way, you'll get the specific attemtion of Colorado hunters.

Not to be a wet blanket on the C word. According to my 07 game book, ONLY area 25/26 have OC cow tags available and there is a cap on these!
I stand to be corrected but this is the way I read it..............
