Whats the difference in the on game performance of corelokt and powerpoints? Does federal make a similar round?

They both perform very similarly on game.I would use whichever shoots best in your gun.

I think that the between Winchester's SuperX and remingtons corelokts, the superx's are a little bit more accurate. Both perform great for me on game.

Federal's line as i recall is called "Hi-Shocks" Don't quote me on that. But i do believe that is their "cheap" line of hunting ammo. It too works well.

I shoot Remington 180grain corlokt. The only bad thing I have ever found with them happened two years ago on an elk. I put five rounds in to him and recovered three of the bullets. Two mushroomed nicely but the third must have exploded on impact because the mushroom was completely gone.
