You can get the custom sets in any of the regular colors I have, you bet. That includes blue or white. Bear in mind these in particular are cut outs. So the white area you see in the picture would actually show the bare shaft underneath. Pretty sweet look with a white cutout wrap on a black or dark camo shaft.

So you put these on and then fletch over them?

I've never seen arrow wraps before, so please forgive my ignorance.

Yes, that is all you do. Roll the arrow into the wrap and then fletch over them as usual. Some look really cool, some are simple. It really makes refletching easy because you just peel off the wrap like a banana peels, wipe off the residual adhesive and refletch.
