Default Selling my Mathews Outback

I'm in the process of selling my Mathews Outback on Ebay. There are less than 3 days left. Check it out:

Hey Pat just a quick pointer. I sold a bow on ebay that was in perfect condition to a guy who has 0 feedback on ebay.It was a youth bow, andthe guy got it for his son.

I got a call three week after the transaction with the guy complaining the bow broke. Turns out he turned his kid loose with it and the kid DID break it by dry fireing it. Anyway the guy complained with paypal and they gave him his cash back, taking it out of my bank account without notifying me.

Took me months to get my money back again. So be careful of bidders with 0 feedback.

What about those guys that are new to ebay and not made any purchases? Just one bad apple no need to rope the rest into that field

Not trying to rope all in a field, just telling him to watch out is all.

The guy admits to letting his kid dry fire it and then Paypal rewards him for that???? What a joke....

I have had very good experiences on Ebay... bought a bow 2 years ago, all i've done is have it restrung. it shoots very well. also bought tree stands, camo etc...
I agree with Gobbler, be very cautious with people with low feedback numbers.....

I have perfect feedback on ebay, and I take pride in doing things right.

The reason paypla gave the guy his money back was because when he complained, they were supposed to send me an e-mail, to let me know so I could object, I never recieved an e-mail though, so I had no idea what was going on. Only when an unexplained amount of money disappeared out of my bank account did I know something was up. The sad thing is the idiot admitted to paypal his son dry fired the bow, but he said, "heckmy sononly practice shot it a couple of times without arrows to see if he was old enough to handle the bow before I invested in arrows, and for NO reason it blew up!!!"
