I have an outback, i love it, it is quiet and fast. It is fairly forgiving. I had an sq2 before and liked it. I would rate them aboutthe same. If any other questions just let me know. I would recomend this bow, but you may want to take a look at the switchback. It may be a little more forgiving and faster. i havn't shot it though

How much is the Outback your looking at? It could be very good deal if you are paying less than $400 and its still like new. but if you are paying more than $400, then I would just spend the extra $150 (give or take a little depending upon where you live) for a brand new one. Or just spend a little more than that and buy the Switchback. The Outback is one heck of a smooth shooter IMHO. Good luck!

There are TONS of Outbacks out there for sale right now that people are sellling because they HAD to get the Switchback. Also bunches of LX's for the same reason. All around that $400 dollar mark depenind on the shape they are in. I saw some Outbacks that were close to 500 and I wonder who would buy them just to save 100 dollars when you loose the warrenty..Not worth saving that money IMHO if you are going to loose the warrenty. Need to save lots of dollars.
Had a guy tell me of a bunch of good deals today at a local shop. Not buying right now so I will stay away. Although, I always like getting good deals on used equipment... If you can grab it at 350-400 go for the used.

Buy one and gives us your review (what you like and don't like. Not some story about how your destroying your own arrows. I don't understand why people brag about that. Now if you did it to someone else's...) of the bow and how you bought it.
