Well,
I tried bein nice... I tried bein fair... No one is here this year to guide until Sat morning... Tommorow morning Boys and Girls... The Guns comin out... and let me tell you... That bad lil girl don't play fair...
And thats all I take... 2 diaphram calls and a slate, 3 shells, maybe my seat and a decoy

870...you know what happens now...you take the gun and you shoot a gobbler at 20 yards...in bow range. Seems to happen to me every year.

Headed to Nebraska in the morning. Their bow season runs up until tomorrow, then the shotgun season opens Saturday. Since we are taking our bows anyways, there is a chance we could be in the timber tomorrow afternoon/evening. I don't think the weather is going to be idea, so I'm packing the Hevi-13's as backup. Probably won't be able to post until we return Tuesday. Good luck to anyone else heading out this weekend.
