Great shooting, I always like when I put meat in the freezer early on, one less thing I have to worry about as I pursue the horns.

This weekend is our youth hunt and I have an 8 point I hope my daughter gets a shot at. She can have that one cause I got a 140-150 10 point on camera now. truth is I probably am not lucky enough to kill him but I will give it a good try!! Most deer movement here is from 9 to 11 in the morning so don't leave your stands too early guys!!

Not me. I'll be sitting in a tree in KY. on the 26th. Good luck to you guys that can go. The rut is coming!! The rut is coming!! lol

What's more frustrating than season being close?.....Season being here and not being able to go! I thought I was going, but with my son's soccer game, I don't think I'll have the time to make it to the woods this weekend. Maybe if I keep my fingers crossed.

Got a chance to go sit for about an hour before dark tonight. Had movement to the north of me. I could make out buck/doe. And as quickly as it appeared, it disappeared. So that is the latest for me. Good luck to those out and about.
