Good news! I was hiking up to check my camera today and ran into a herd of 8 deer about 100 yards from my camera! Some of them had BIG bodies, so I think some of them were some nice sized bucks, but they were running through the brush so I couldn't tell for sure... When I was putting the camera up, I saw 5 deer and one was a little forked horn, so lets hope this season goes well! After I hang my stands, I am letting the area settle down... untill the season!!!

Tonight I get to see what's been walking in front of my game camera. Bud says there's a 200+ buck there, so that's why I'm pumped , I just want to see him,then I can start a plan to harvest him. Supposedly a 7x7, he should look great in velvet. If he shows up I'll post him for ya's, I'll post some anyways. Have a great day men!

checked one of my cameras today... The last picture is of a deer and one antler... It almost looks like he never shed one last year! LOL Probably not, but hes already all the way out of velvet!
