Going out in the morning. Can only stay out till around 8:30 or so. I've got to come back early to go to work. But this time of year, who knows what could happen! Maybe I'll have some good news tomorrow, I've just got that feeling.

That's a nice buck man..

I have been hunting hard, sat all day today and darn near got blown away.. lol My brother has never killed a nice deer and I decided to send him to one of my stands where I had pics of a really nice 8ptr.. Never honestly believing he would shoot it.. Needless to say he did, I sat all day and seen one half racked buck.. He shot the nice buck first thing this morning.. On camera (velvet) he was an 8 pointer but has since broken2 tines so he's really a big 6 point I guess.. lol I'm happy for him but feel like I gave one away for the team.. I'm still hunting though...

Cool guys, the bucks are starting to fall. We saw a couple chasing does at my place today. Hope to get one on the ground this weekend.

No luck this morning. I had two small buckscome under me at about 8:10 just before I had to get down and come in to work. The deer were stillmoving when I was leaving. I saw several does as I wasdriving out. Although I didn't have any luck with the deerI did shoot a coyote at 7:00. I had originaly went to hunt a different stand, but there were some guys putting decoys out in a pond less than 100 yards from my stand, so I had to make a last minute adjustment to my plan. I'll try that stand tomorrow evening. Good luck guys.
