Hey guys, I like Jeramy's too but can someone post the raw image, without the text and without the top gradient? I want to try something. I really like his choice for background, great deer and forest but I wanna try something with some text.

I say we skip the voting and everybody can justuse the one that they like. The way I see it as long as the avatar has the team name and number then that's good enough.

Now,there are a few members on the team that havent chimed in for a while[:-],what say we give it till tomorrow morn,if we dont have any feedback then us(active team members) can use the one Whitetail created and everyone is happy.When the other members come aboard,we can show them what the Avatar looks like.
