Whitetail,awesome work--now we have the best of both worlds--lol

I also like the one that Jeramy and SteveO kije as well.
Now,there are a few members on the team that havent chimed in for a while[:-],what say we give it till tomorrow morn,if we dont have any feedback then us(active team members) can use the one Whitetail created and everyone is happy.When the other members come aboard,we can show them what the Avatar looks like.
