Just pulled my new trail cam after about 3 days (I couldnt wait any longer :D)

Here's two nice bucks, but they're not shooters, I'm holding off for something around the 100" mark, which for my area is a dandy buck.

The first pic if a real wide 8, but he lacks tine length. The picks not the best.

Just have to geteverything organized so nothing is forgotten once we start hunting. Bow is shooting realgood. Broadheads are dialed in out to 45 yards not that I will shoot that far. Working on the boss to get off for some hunting for the bowopener August 31st. That actually looks good so far with harvest.

Brett... we go the natural route on blinds.

We are in wheat harvest now, so I won't be on. Anybody that needs to get a hold of me, just pm " dagger buck 2 "on Team 2. His is my son, Tyler. He will get the message to me. Hopefully we will get a shortbreak next weekend.

2 weeks and we will hunting!! :D

i'm getting pumped about season hung a good stand site yesterday. sold my old truck today to a friend for 600 bucks now i need to go to gander mountain to buy 600 bucks worth of gear including a shotgun treestands rage broadhead and some 3d camo

hey guys sorry i havent been on here much, buy i have been busy. i dont know if it even hit 70 degrees here in minnesota and it was cloudy and rainy all day. so that really got me pumped up for the season. our season doesnt start until the middle of september, so i got some time. if i find some time tomorrow i think i am going to put out some stands.

tonight i started editing my hunting videos i didn't remember having so much good footage, but never gotten a kill on video. this will be the year i get a kill on video. good luck everyone.

My buddy and I tape alot, we have some pretty cool stuff including some kills. I get pumped up filming as much as hunting, it is a rush. Have had deer in my food plot every night, had about 500 pics on camara. one decent six and a ton of does, but none of the big boys quite yet. Come October, they seem to show up around here alot more when the rut nears as this is about a 10 acre honey hole the does just pile into, my buddy shot a 140 classhere a few years ago( after forcing his lazy a**to get into thewoods, gofigure). I amhanging three more stands and a cam at another great spot on Tuesday.

Good luck Bailey. Let us knowhow your hunts go. Our bow season opens up the following Friday. We need to get us a couple velvet bucks to get the most inches possible for the contest. ;) :D

Guys, I might have myself a little bit of a problem... I found a house that I am looking into buying. The catch is that it is a fixer upper... So that could cut into my hunting time!! But I am also looking at a few that don't need any work to them! Either way, I am still going to get lots of hunting done!!

ok, guys my luck just got BETTER!!!!!!!

Got in my blind this morning for mor scouting at 4:30 am (you cant tell im excited or anything can you:D) about and hour early.

Im in there for a little while and this ear peircing scream of gray fox not 100 yards away. Any way that has nothing to do with it, i saw 4 more bucks..................BIG BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 monster 8's and 2 gigantic 10's!!!!!!

one might possibly be and 11!

I just cant wait till saturday[:o]:D

BHB, are you seeing these deer w/in bow range? I would say give your area a break until the opener, you know the deer are there, so let the area sit. Just what I would do...

Dont have anybucks pictured yet that I'm going after, but I know their there. Sidenote, we justpurchased a JD 4300 with a brush hog, box blade, and a tiller. In about two weeks it's food plot time. (Going for clovers, alfalfa, wheat, oats, rye, turnips, sorghum, winter peas, and chicory) We are going for a paradise!!!
