Went out this morning after our little mini-blizzard. Not much happening out in the woods, just saw a doe andher yearlingmoving through towards a bedding area and that was about it. I've only got a week or so before the end of the season but i am still keeping my fingers crossed. Best of luck to those out still hunting. Merry Christmas!

Johnnyslim, Glad to hear that your still out trying to get a buck. I wish you best of luck and to all the others that are still Chasing the Dream.

Hope everybody has a Merry Christmas.
Our PA archery season comes back in the day after Christmas and since I haven't harvested a buck in PA, I know I'll be back out there.

Happy New Year!
I've been out here in PA for our 2nd season but I haven't even seen a deer. We did get some snow last night, so maybe that will change things.

I "earned a buck" for next year here on Saturday. Other than that, nothing has been moving much here. I have until Saturday to hunt, but will probably only make it out 1 or 2 more times. Its been a rough year for me bowhunting.....I guess that's the way it goes.

It looks like we are in 13th place. Maybe the number 13 is unlucky.
Just seems like we're stuck. I know most everybodys seasons are over.
PA season goes out on the 12th. Good Luck to those who are still hunting.
It has been a good season and a good contest overall.
Scott

Yeah, I sucked it up this year with the bow. It was one of those years where nothing would come together. I was in the right places, just not at the right times. Had a good year and learned a ton again. My only regret was not getting out more during the early season. My trip to Alberta elk hunting through a wrence into whitetail hunting at the beginning of the year.....I missed 2 weeks of work at camp and had to make up for it in late September and early October.

Good luck to everyone else out there.....its time to start getting ready for next year! I've already got 3 sheds.
