Man, I really appreciate the offer. There is a bridge that was blown up a few days ago and we are at a stand still on mail. Apparently it is the only route that carries supplies in and out of base. I'm not sure when it will be open. But you can send whatever you want to this address:

I got the idea from bloodcreek on this board. He posted pics of one he made similar to the one in my pic. I made it myself out of some scrap poplar I had around the shop. Feel free to shoot any questions you have my way, I have done several Euro mounts and will try to help the best I can.

MdDave-I screw the skull to the board from the backside. First I drill a pilot hole through the board and the base of the skull where I want to attach it. Then I simply mount the skull to the board using a drywall screw. Hope that helps.

Yah its about 3 acres of woods and we have some pretty nice bucks. I also hunt a 55 acre farm and I am getting permission to hunt another farm from a friend.

It's been 7 days so I'm going to go check cameras in the morning, all in new areas so thats exciting! Just cut 12 more 5575 and the broadheads are flying great!

Anyone else have some scouting going on? I went out last Friday and checked my cams and had 1 buck on video. Not much on digital.

My son and I go out and glass the fields on the farm that we lease at least twice a week. I usually bring the video camera and so far this year most of the footage has been does, fawns and small bucks. We have seen some shooters, but it has been right at last light. I took a buddy of mine out there this weekend and we finally caught a good buck in the beans early enough to get a good look at him. He isn't a giant, but he is definitely good enough to go on my wall, and help out the team.:D

Internet is back in full swing. How's everyones scouting going? Man, I can't wait to get out there. I put up several stands last year that my cousin said are looking real good this year. It might just be me, but it seems like the first year for a new stand just don't do that good. My climber is the only exception. I have seen more deer out of it than any other stand.

Haven't been doing too much scouting lately. I'm finishing my basement and have been swamped with that. Although, I do know there are at least 5 good shooter bucks running the 40 acres I hunt. I would say the smallest is probably 120 with the biggest in the high 140's. I have a stand set up that produces every year as long as you hunt it hard enough. As far as pics, here are the only one's I have access to here at work.
