Hope you all hada great Christmas. I had a head cold so I didn't hunt any. Just stayed indoors with the kids, which is a good alternative.

Nothing to report here...looks I'm done for the year, have to prep the floor this weekend to put in tile next weekend, should be a great time. Turkey season is now on the horizon, so getting ready for that, get the calls back out and do some scouting as soon as deer season is done.

I ended with a big 0. I didn't take any of the doe I swore I was going to kill this season and the two deer I did shoot didn't get the penetration I wanted and I didn't recover them. I'm going to spend the off-season figuring out what's wrong with my setup that I'm not getting good penetration. Hope everyone had fun though. Thanks for the memories.

SAme for me Talon, I got the big 0 too. No does, didn't recover the buck I shot, piss poor penetration through the scapula. So, not much venny this off-season! My wife did get her first buck, so that was awesome.
