Please welcome Ohiobuck25 as a new team member for your mia. Ohiobuck25 was an original signer who came to sign up for his team only to find he was replaced. Now he has a team.

Hey Ohiobuck25,
Welcome to the team. Be sure to sign in and tell us a bit about yourself and where you will be hunting. If your hunting Ohio, I think you are our only representative from that state.
Also, if your bow is set to 70 lbs or more, turn it down a notch. It sounds as if BADSHOTBOB and DEERTALE have had some bad experiences already
. Those shoulder injuries are pesky and from what I understand almost always require either 1) surgery or 2) about a years worth of rest depending on the situation.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Hey guys, thank you for the warm welcome! It's feels good to have found a team. For those of you who don't know, I've been MIA for the past 2-3 weeks on the team threads, and unfortunately was dropped from my original team. But a special thanks to Rob and everyone else for scrambling at the last second andworking so diligently to find a place for me. My name is Jim Cogar, I am 27 years old, and I will be hunting in Central Ohio. Our opening day is September 30th and itcan't get hear soon enough. In Ohio your allowed one buck and up to 6 antlerless deer. 4 Urban tags, and 3 special tags. I plan on using all 7 tags. I've hung 8 stands this year, and have enjoyed moving my new cuddeback nonflash camera around the woods all Summer. I'll be sure to share my pictures with you guys as the season progresses. Thanks again, and I wish everyone the best of luck this season!

Welcome Ohiobuck25! As for the injuries, lucky for me mine is not my shoulder, it is a nagging forarm/elbow. Its getting better everyday, or so my mind is convincing my arm. Sure is nice to have a light draw weight back up bow for a situation just like this. I can shoot my 70lb bow, but have been practicing with a 60lb. set to its lowest setting turning it up every few weeks. Is anyone hunting this weekend?

Hunting this weekend? Our season opens the 15th, but I haven't decided if I'll go out yet. My schedule would only allow a morning hunt on Saturday. I kinda have to preserve my days out in the field or my wife gets a little edgy (to put it kindly). I think she thinks it'slike going to the mall to buy a pair of shoes - there's no reason to come back empty handed
. Of course Saturday is suppose to be the hottest day of this week, 85 degrees, so that doesn't really excite me either. Maybe Ohiobuck25 will be out.

You say your from hartland , do you hunt there too or do you hunt any public land near by.
I hunt between Chelsea and Stockbridge where the the four conners meet.
