Spring Break?! I'm finding a new profession.
35?! You're smokin' me! I only have seven sheds so far, and one really isn't a "shed," but a main beam that was broken off. I finally found a nice one (a heavy five pointer), but unfortunately I think I'm finished shed hunting for the season. My next few weekends are booked tight with work, wedding stuff, social calendar, opening day of trout season, andturkey scouting. By my next "free day" the weeds will be knee-deep. Such is life.
Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

The number of sheds I found correlated exactly to the number of shed hunting trips i made... that really sucks!
Here is a number thing...
at a couple minutes past 1 tomorrow morning it will be
01:02.03 04/05/06
so yes - most of my brain activity has been shot

Dang, I was awake at that time and didn't realize it. Mostly because the company I work for writes thier dates backwards. 06.04.05
Haven't made any shed trips lately. Will probably try and find time to make a shed/turkey scoutingouting, but my desire to go fishing is really pulling on me heavy to head to the water.
I been shooting, going quite well too. Have to step up my excercising again. Since the new job I've slacked big time. Still adjusting to my schedule changing each week.

The new job is fine, alittle boring, but it's a paycheck. I will continue to look for something more substantial, but this will do alright in the mean time. Even though the shifts are weird, I will get quite a bit of hunting time in. That never is a bad thing.

How is everyones spring going, weather is turning nice here. Went out for my first turkey season and bagged a good bird. 21 lbs. 4 1/2 inch beard, 1inch spurs. Not much of a beard but a good size bird. Had a lot of fun and learned a lot more than that. I will be out trying this again thats for sure.
Hope everyone is well.
