Well it goes back to the idea of why we play the game....Look at the Pats and Giants a couple years ago, on paper the Pats ruled; THEY LOST. Your team has 3 birds....it is early and lenty of time for you to choke. Slow and steady wins and you can sprint out into the warm southern shine as we ice boxers thaw out, but our birds are stronger and healthier and fatter than yours so we'll see my friend!!! Be safe out there I CAN"T WAIT!!!

i think you need to do some reading mouthcaller.
taken from the rules forum
1. High Team Score - 1 bird per hunter/per team (can be your best bird if you do shoot more than one)
2. Overall Team Score - Overall of ALL birds taken by any team member on that team (Means enter all the birds you harvest we will keep track)
3. Hunter - Best bird overall as per NWTF scoring system
4. Best Rio
5. Best Eastern
6. Best Merriam
7. Best Osceola
8. Best Typical
9. Best Non-Typical ( Multiple beards and or spurs)
so remember you need to keep track of all turkeys not just your best.
oh and just to let everyone know #9 is mine. bring it on.

you got one thing right southern missouri doesnt even start till april 20 and i know alot of people that not only live her but some others that come to mo that can put the birds down ten time better than me.

We aren't even sure it actually does score 65, and as much trash as you're talking I would say it really didn't, but who's counting huh? Funny, I was under the impression this was a "trash talk" thread. I'll explain it real simply and slow so you can understand: THIS IS THE THREAD WHERE PEOPLE COME TO TALK TRASH. IT IS ALLOWED AND ENCOURAGED. PEOPLE COME HERE TO DO IT. IT IS EXPECTED.
Since you don't know me or my son I will assume that you are either kidding or pissed off. Either way I don't really give a flying flip.

I saw it. Did you notice that overall team score is listed second? That isbecause theprimary award in this contest is High Team Score, listed #1. Overall team score was added this year as a secondary catagory. Not trying to split hairs here, just pointing out facts.

I agree we are here to talk trash and have fun I stress fun..if someone stops having fun talking trash and laughing at each other...don't hang out here and get upset. It isn't worth it. I am having a great time smacking it up and MO I am coming for your MO birds....I will have 1 andI hope I can run back and get #2...if not in Hale maybe at your house. I have to kill a lot of birds this year and I am really not sure I am pulling it off...There is the MO hunt, the guided hunt in Indiana wher I am taking the Canadian on his first turkey hunt, my brother in law, my son & daughter, good friend and oh yeah my Hoosier bird....someone is going home empty handed LOL!!! I will be on the board and I will have a great bird to show off. and if I can find you a sticker I will send it to you....I like the my kid can whip your kid too!!!! On a lighter note I love TN lived there about a year in Harrogate, TN.
