Well my wife is laughing at me. She's been laughing ever since I told her I was in an online turkey contest. I guess she thought it would be even funnier to change the date stamp on my camera without me knowing. HAHA she's funny. Well here's a pic of the only proof, that I have left, that I killed this bird this last thursday.

LMAO. She is pretty sneaky. I think with the last pic there won't be anything said. But that is pretty funny.


Anyway, I did get another address for the stickers. So we are now only two people down who haven't posted much or sent me the address.

But my season is two weeks away from today so we'll see how that goes. I can't wait for sure as my cabela's order comes in today with some work clothes and my Long Spur box call.

It's almost here, I get to start hunting this friday in Iowa and monday in Missouri and will be hunting for the next 5 weeks for my self or taking out others in those two states. WOW we are very lucky to have this great sport of spring gobbler chasing. Things are really looking good for this spring, lots of longbeards in all my areas that I hunt.
Will post as they go down, can harvest 4 birds in the next few weeks. Can't wait to get this party started.

Guys .... I don't think I would be comfortable entering Crow's bird. The date is wrong, joke or not and the holes from the tag on the birds leg seem a little different than that last picture of just the fan ..... I am not saying he is lying, I am saying we have no proof .... me thinks there will be people with issues ,,,

Hey Ken, I was at Cabelas also this past weekend. I picked up a primos eclipse blind for $99 on sale! I couldn't pass it up

There was a ton of stuff at Cabelas on sale. Mostly I went to take pics, spend time with my grandpa, and just look around. I did check out some of the stuff up there that I had ordered a couple days before. Just to make sure I knew what I was getting.


As for Crows bird...I already entered it and if someone wants to object to it then I have no problem dropping that score. This contest isn't the end all be all to me, and is more just for fun. But if someone wants to protest it then I have no problem not using its score if Crow doesn't. But I figure until then we can leave it up and see what happens. I think Crow tried to correct it with his last pic, and I am more then willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I say we use it until someone says something and then rather then fight or argue over it we'll just let it be what it is.

I just don't know what to say about this. Some Team Mate. It would be awfully dumb to cheat. If I had had those pics you guys would have seen them already. I didn't even notice the stamp. I was showing a buddy at work on monday and he pointed out to me. If the mods say we have to take it off thats one thing but JEEZ Tony.
