Ontario Black Bear outfitter question

Does anyone know if Black Bear outfitters in Canadahave regions or areas that only they can issue certificates for bear hunters from the U.S.?

I"™m trying to get the proper paper work without going through the outfitter we have used in the past. We hunt private property about an hour North of Sault Ste. Marie

Yes we all pay for certain areas that only we can hunt.

I talk to one outfitter at the all canada show.....

he told us he payed.....like $400 or 4,000 for his concession.....which was like 100,000 acres or something, and he told us this as if he was paying alot of money....we almost fell over.

He said the locals were allowed to hunt it....but all non-res had to go through him to hunt his area....
