opening day of bow season starts tomorrow [friday]. im so pumped. i have been practicing hard for about the last month. im going right after school. wish me luck!

Opens tomorrow here too!!!!! Im like u shootem, pumped as can be. Ill be missin school in the mornin(parents dont really know yet) to be in my stand by 6. Good luck to you all.

this morning i was the opener here so i head out and about 20 mins after being on stand i see a large doe and a small one fallowing here 5 yards behind my stand! as they walk away i grab my bow and turn now they are around 40 yards so i beat. the big doe looks around and i bleat again now she starts comeing right to me! gets to about 20 yards behind a tree and i draw back. she steps out and keeps comeing to me and when she hits that 10 yard mark i bleat one last time she looks up and i let the arrow fly. she jumps the sting and trots off into the thickets. well so much for tagging one early.[:-]


as i write this i am getting ready to go back out and see if i can get a shot at a buck i have been watching the last couple of nights

Took one little cull buck opening morning. 7 pointer came in with 3 does and another buck at about 20 yards, so i went ahead and took him out of the herd.
