I know that they had to cut it short, but did you see them forget to: paint the bottoms of the shoes the hobbits wear as feet so they had silve soles, the crumbs on Sam abbra cadabra!, the elvish bread gollum throws and flies everywhere is all nicely wrapped up, after the battle of Ministereth the horses running across the field are the size of the elephants!, when legolas runs up the elephant you see him climbing aroud it only to wind up on the exact same side, when you first see bilbo in the wagon with frodo his head is the size of frodo for about 2 seconds, when you see "Gandalf" riding on his horse 50% of the time you can see that it is either a young and cut actor or a child!, and the list goes on.

Not to mention that the thing kept going on and on and on and just wouldn't die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally saw it a couple of days ago and i must say even i was pretty disappointed with it. Don't get me wrong it was pretty good but i actually lost interest in it after awhile. I know some of the bad guys were humans but the orcs/urk-kai were too human looking and wasnt very scary looking. If you look at that one guy (the orc guy who spat on that rock) the make up looked like the guy from the movie 'The Goonies'.
