yeah well we have a 1975 f150 custom and its good but the new fords are really complete junk

I dont have my license yet but I still drive around our farm in my dads '91 F150 that thing is a POS its like a tank with the most loose steering on the planet.:DCHEVROLET I am 1 of those people who puts a big emphasis on brand loyalty. GM all the way!!!!

I think they both have their advantages. If your going to be pulling a heavy load such as a stock trailer, then a diesel is the clear-cut winner. If you drive short distances, then a gas is a lot better just because it is extremelly hard on a diesel. Diesel also use to be cheaper than gas, but now its not the case. You do get a slight advantage on mileage, but its hard to make up for the higher price. A gas engine also has the advantage of not having to plug them in to start in cold weather and no dealing with fuel additives ect.

One local truckstop has diesel cheaper than gas here!!!!!!!!!!!!! :DLets hope the trend stays that way!

i have own both and my 2001 2500hd (8.1l gas)pulls much better then the 2003 2500hd (duramx)i had before not only that it will run circles around it the only bad thing id it get 12mpg loaded or empty

Cummin are by far the best cause I'm a stroker smoker
duramax is second powerstroke dont even compare to either one

i dont get the price on diesel fuel it's refined less than gas
