I carry a grunt tube, a can call and some rattling antlers. I have had luck with doe in estrus scent but i don't currently have any.
Also, i wimped out big time this morning. Stayed up too late and it was raining when i woke up so i rolled over and tried dreaming that buck to death (didnt work [:@]).

haha yeah me too. i woke up at 5:00 and it was pouring raining anf 39 degrees and i didnt want to wlak a half mile out to my stand and then sit in it for 5 hours and get sick. im going out tomorrow moring though its suppoesed to snow

At least you've seen a deer. I've never even seen a deer while hunting, but hopefully this year will be different. It seems that there are a lot of rubs and scrapes in the area I'm hunting in.

You can't just shoot at every deer that you see! If i could do that i would have exactly 78 deer down already this season.
