It sounds like you have a trojan. Not the condom. It won't come up on regular scans. You need to download various free anti-spyware along with an updated antivirus program. PC Doctor is a really good one. Then you need to open up your computer in safe mode or administrator mode and run the scan. It will then detect the virus and only then can you delete it. Its a tedious process but worth it. Then you restart your computer into regular run mode and there you go, you should see a world of difference.

well im pretty good with computers and super screwed up my laptop. Was going over the windows regestry thingy and found somthing that didnt match what it should like, well it turns out that it was a file from a newer version of BIOS that i didnt know I had, well anyway i shut my computer down and it dont turn on, reboot disc is in now and it seems to be working, lost so much itunes music though....sigh Ipod access for the save too bad its 5 songs at a time
