I dig Icy Hot. I don't mind the smell anymore, ran track in HS and had to get used to that smell real quick on long bus rides home.

Its called not stretching before playin 3 hours of basketball and then running 2 miles

I played basketball, ran cross country and track in high school. I now work out for 2 hours and run 2 miles daily, and I have never used Icy Hot in my life. I guess some of us just have a higher tolerance for pain than others

Its not the pain thats bothering me, its how tight the muscles are. Its real hard for me to get any lift when my quads are tighter than all get out. I don't use Icy Hot either. This is the first time i've used it. When i was playing i felt a real hard pull in my left quad, i've never felt anything like that in my life. Beleive me i can take plenty of pain. I just hope i didn't do something real serious to it.
