I was thinking about getting an AR in 308 but i would only get to shoot it 200 yards and cant hunt with it around ehre so it would be a waste of money on ammo. So i decided im going to order a Rock River Arms in 223 Wylde this summer.

Our local gun store has a rack of AR-15s, a rack of M1 Garands, several M1As, LE grade weapons, several racks of shotguns, rifles, etc. and ammo by the 100s I love that store

Thats similar to the one gun shop around here. It has a range so they stock alot of ammo. They have bulk ammo cans of 5.56 rounds on skids 6 feet tall. They had 2 full skids of them there last time i was there and a bunch of other bulk ammo for range use.

I love our .50 caliber Hawken style muzzleloader. I think it would make a great assault rifle, because after you fire, the enemy would not be able to see you behind the huge cloud of black smoke.

I'd rather have a good AR-15 on semi or full auto and throw a nice smoke grenade ahead of me. At least then you'll actually have a chance instead of "wait, don't shoot, I have to reload!"

Hm... while we are on the topic of weapons that can destroythings, anyone know where I can get a bazooka to eliminate these pesky neighbors?(and maybe my school)

I might or might not know someone that has a USMC issue SAW if that would help. I know it dosnt blow things up but its still alot of fun to shoot. It even takes M-16 mags.
