If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?

Why is it illegal to park in a handicapped parking space but its ok to use a handicapped toilet?

I can honestly say no. There was some thing on here a few years ago that had all this useless information on it, and the one thing i remember from it was that. See, huntingnet is educational.
