Dont get her to actually harvest an animal at first... Just get her out in the woods with you while hunt and see if she enjoys that first... Maybe after she sees that and how much fun that it really is, she might decide to try it herself.

Turkey hunting would be a real exciting way to bring someone into the sport of hunting. You can call and hear the turkeys gobble back which is so exciting and you actually know somthing is around. Deer hunting would not be the best way to introduce her to hunting because somtimes it can get boring for some people and that may turn them off from hunting.

Tell her that if she doesnt want to go that the little blonde down the road does.

if she is even a little bit squeemish dont clean anything in front of her if you get her to go.

an always get her to start shooting and get her in to that and
maybe it will be easier to convince her.

you cant make her do anything she doesnt want to but you can always get
her to start shooting and maybe she will do it willingly.
