Default Alternative to Brassicas

I have been reading and found that you should not plant brassicas for more than two years in the same plot before resting it due to the increase of diseases. So, what do you guys use for an alternative? I am thinking about using oats after the two year period.

Default RE: Alternative to Brassicas

Hi Criggster -

We like Rye:

Clover:

Roundup Corn and Roundup Soybeans:

in rotation - We hope to mix in some Brassicas into the rotation.

When using Roundup Soybeans - there is very little weed growth and the soybean plots can be fall seeded with Rye, or spring seeded with brassicas, and/or clover without disking - only broadcasting and cultipacking.
