Does any one know of an attachment that one could pull behind an ATV that would act as a bush hog? i found the Rough Cut mower at cycle country but the price was $2300 to $3000 depending on the motor size. At those prices one could look for a used tractor if you are also looking at a plotmaster to do the ground work. Please let me know what your experience has been.

Another viable would be to hire a lawn contractor who is presently out of work to go in a bush hog it for you and disc it up remember these food plots dont have to look like a front lawn as far as being smooth and manicured..

Have you tried to contact a local farmer? For the kind of money some of the atv folks are asking, you might want to start looking for a tractor with a few implements during the winter.

Too bad you are so far away, I just bought a bush hog (used)from an asparagus farmer for 50 dollars. Dixie Cutter. You should be able to get a local farmer to do it for you, and relatively cheap. Look around, that's not a tough job. <img src=icon_smile_clown.gif border=0 align=middle>
