tough question

I know its not the best pic. but if you look at the leaves in the upper right hand side of this pic,do you know what kind of tree it is? just curious I dont know my trees well

BAD PIC...But it looks like an oak or possible maple leaf in the upper right corner ?

I zoomed in on it, looks like a White (Sugar) Maple from what I can make out.
