Try this site for a descriptiuon of Austrian Winter Peas.

When loaded, click on publications. Scroll down and you will find a list on many different crops. The two page article on the Peas is very descritive. I think that most of the articles are in PDF format, and you can print out the articles easily. I haven' t explored the site much myself, but plan on doing so. I just finished tilling the planed plot site, and will retill at least another time. Plan on planting about the second week in September.
