Baiting is legal in my state, and I have done it in the past. What I found is it is harder to kill a good buck over a corn pile than it is to kill one over a funnel. I now hunt natural funnels and have better success, especially during the rut. My state has too many deer, so to those that hunt over bait, I say kill all the bag limit will allow. It just was not for me.

Default baiting

I don't really like to bait and i do very little of it ,but there are so many acorn trees around and no corn or soybean fields anywhere .I have a 12 year old son and a two man ladder stand its hard to scout out move the stand and work a full time job so it does help out a little
