Default Winter Greens

I was wondering if anyone had planted the food plot seed called "Winter Greens". If I remember right, it is produced by Whitetail Institute.

What I am looking for is how well did it grow, and to what height did it grow to. Also, most important, did deer eat it?

I've seen it and it works well. The Nabour found tons of sheds in his plots of winter green. Problem is its not easyly found...

Thanks for the info. I just wanted to make sure deer actually would eat the Winter-Greens plants. Apparently they are supposed to stand tall during the late fall/winter seasons.

I have a new food plot location that I want to try this seed for a winter food source for the deer next year. I have the soil disked several times and already prepped with lime & fertilizer. All I have to do now is spray some more Roundup to kill off any additional ferns next spring and early summer before I plant. I just hope we get as much rain next year as we did this year and it should grow pretty good.
